And once again, the BQM diagnostic is run between the originating FireBrick/thinkbroadband servers and the VM hub.

Web1) There are various tools on the main site for showing your own IP and to run a traceroute to your IP, these won't be from the pingbox but will be from the Thinkbroadband network. 2) Check ALL the various "show my IP" websites and that they are showing the same IP, and that you have any VPN services disabled. WebThe BQM has always been relatively flat, for a VM connection, since I joined last year. Since last night, I’ve had these blocks of yellow. They seem too flat and consistent to show congestion. Speeds are completely fine, near enough maxing out the line. I changed the WAN port to another one around 5:30pm ish. Only on IPv6 should a device be pinged, and that would only be the one you were using when you set up the BQM. With a high probability that address changed soon after anyway. WebMy brother has FTTP but because it's a BT router I've heard it's impossible to setup BQM with it. But then on searching the internet I found another Sky Max user's BQM chart and see that they also have issues at exactly the same time, which would indicate this is a service-wide (or at least some portion of the service).
