WebApr 7, 2006 · Sometimes when I pass a street light it will suddenly go out if it is lit or come on if it is unlit. It doesn't happen all the time, but it does occur with sufficient frequency to make me wonder if I somehow have some sort of influence over them, either elctromagnetically or psychically. I have never "made" it happen through conscious thought.
