Web8 feb. 2013 · And I recently fixed this problem on my rancher, it's done that same thing for most of it's life.. What you need to do is tighten the choke cable, there's a rubber boot over the choke cable that you need to peel down, there's a tentioner under the boot that you need to tighten.
